You might like to sponsor a Parent Workshop if your school or parent group wants to give the gift of practical skills to the school community. Tina provides one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions in which she focuses on bettering her client’s physical and emotional health by employing a non-diet approach to meal planning, using intuitive and conscious eating principles. Tina excels at creating personalized plans of action as well as assisting clients to incorporate nutrition and activity into their lifestyles, all done in a balanced and enjoyable way. Tina’s spunky personality adds fun and excitement when talking about nutrition, especially when de-bunking some of those challenging diet myths. Tina always finds ways to incorporate her own enjoyment of food, cooking, and exploring new meals into her client’s sessions. She believes that exposure is a great tool in learning how to challenge food fears and the “diet mentality”. This may include grocery store and restaurant outings, or clients bringing their own meal or snack to eat with Tina during session.
