About Dr. Minne

I believe that each of us is capable of achieving personal growth. There come times when we all need help from others to move forward in life. Through the supportive therapeutic relationship we share, I can help you to develop the tools you need to achieve positive change. My approach to therapy is integrative, though I describe my style primarily as a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Interpersonal techniques. I place a strong emphasis on the cultural and social factors that may play a role in your quest to enhancing personal well-being. Most importantly, I aim to take a collaborative role in my work as a therapist, where I try to adapt my therapeutic strategies to fit the needs of the person I am helping.
