Fees

Our assessments, which are all conducted by Licensed Psychologists, include the following: Review of developmental, medical, behavioral and family history A clinical interview Review of report cards, teacher information, results on school administered standardized tests (for students), and results of other psychological evaluations Individual testing in areas such as cognitive abilities, memory, attention, academic and language skills, and emotional/behavioral functioning A comprehensive report that includes answers to your specific questions, identification of strengths and weaknesses, diagnoses, educational/vocational implications, and recommendations A one-hour feedback session with the licensed psychologist who conducted the assessment Our fees vary depending on the nature and scope of the assessment. Our rates are competitive with those of other Licensed Psychologists who provide assessments of similar scope, comprehensiveness, and quality. Please contact us for a specific fee quote. In order to provide you with the maximum control of your records and privacy as well as freedom of choice in selecting who conducts your assessment, the ApaCenter has chosen not to become a participant on any insurance plans. However, it is likely that you can still obtain insurance reimbursement for an ApaCenter assessment if you have a PPO insurance plan, and you choose to pursue reimbursement. We would be considered an “out-of-network” provider, and your insurance would reimburse you at a rate that depends upon your particular plan. The ApaCenter will provide you with an invoice for the services that you receive that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. The ApaCenter does not guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for services because plans vary considerably. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider to determine the benefits of your specific plan. .
